My name is Ben, I’m the owner & founder of EverTrue Pools. Right out of high school, I served as a combat photographer in the U.S. Army, where I had the incredible opportunity to work alongside a special forces unit. It was there that I learned what true, “tip of the spear” leadership looks like — and how rare it is to find in the everyday workplace.

After a few years in the civilian world, I thought, “What the heck — I’ll do my own thing.” I wanted to build a brand grounded in integrity, honesty, and top-notch work — values I saw missing in the pool service industry.

Since January 2023, I’ve been cleaning and repairing pools. I started EverTrue Pools with one mission: to provide the highest quality service at a fair price, while building real relationships with my customers. No more wondering if the pool guy actually did the job, or getting overcharged because of “overhead” pricing from the big companies.

Where the big guys might charge $200–$250 a week for a single visit — often skipping vacuuming or skimmer cleaning because they’re juggling 14–30 pools a day — I make it simple: fewer pools, more care, premium results, and a price that’s actually fair.
